I have recently purchased the roku express however the sound quality on my TV is horrific. Everyone sounds like robots and the sound keeps going out of sync. I have tried all 3 hdmi ports but the same happens with all of them.

Have you tried replacing the HDMI cable that you are using to connect the Roku device? In addition, have tried restart your wireless network to see if that help resolve the issue you are experiencing?

How can the cable be faulty if I have just purchased this about a week ago? Is it a known problem to get a faulty cable? Yes I have done multiple restarts and have restarted the roku device from main menu too.
