Roku Express 4k+ Black Screen

Hello! I was requesting help! I have been battling with my Roku Express 4k for the past 2 weeks. The Roku works fine whenever I am not actively streaming BUT when I am trying to stream the screen goes black and I am unable to see anything. I do hear sound & the closed captions are visible but the video itself is not playing. It’s like watching a black YouTube video with no vido but you can still hear sound, see the time, captions, etc.  Is it not compatible with my tv or? Someone please help! This is an ongoing issue with all apps.

Thanks for the post.

Are you experiencing this issue on a specific channel or does it happen across multiple channels? Have you already tried removing the affected channel, restarting the Roku device, then adding the channel back again to see if that resolves the issue?
