Roku Boxes freeze after each commercial. I returned & will buy Amazon
My Roku devices freeze after each commercial break when playing Hulu. Dozens of people have posted this problem for months yet nothing has been done to fix this. I bought this to play Hulu since my Smart TV doesn't support Hulu any longer. When I tried to get customer service, your message said there was no customer service due to Covid. It has been months & your company is using this as an excuse for delivering absolutely no customer service. I have returned my Roku devices which I bought through Amazon & will buy Amazon's product since they support their products with real customer service people. I also told Amazon about not having any way to contact Roku & to put a warning out on your products due to your lack of customer service. I will never buy a Roku product again, EVER AGAIN!!!!!
