Playback Issues - Audio/Video & Power

We lost cc and now we restored that but now we have no sound when streaming any channel through ROKU.  

AUDIO plays fine watching other TV.  So we assume it's a roku issue. 

We turned everything off and on several times .  Have gone to settings and tried stereo and auto stereo both.  We have no external soundbars.... just the tv.

What do we try?

Have you tried restarting the device?
Settings > System > System restart
(Or for Roku TV: Settings > System > Power > System restart)

These things are just little special purpose computers. Like their big brothers sometimes you just need to clear things out by restarting them.
