I am fuming this is my second Roku that I have purchased. The first one from Amazon and it turned out it was outdated and did not work, I contacted Roku when they used to pick up the phone and they told me to purchase Roku Ultra which I did and this one worked for only a month then I heard a loud pop in my ear and it no longer worked. Now due to "Covid-19" no one is picking up the phone to handle a return or exchange.
What should I do to return and replace this item!!???
