Restarting issue

My new Roku express will want to restart right after turning it on if I use the menu for more then a minute. The problem resolved after I leave the unit on for 15 mins or so. I have the usb connected to a USB port on the TV. I assume that the USB port is not powered when the tv is off and the Roku express just doesn’t have a strong battery. It is brand new. Is this a common issue?

Thanks for the post.

We would recommend trying to power your device to a wall outlet as sometimes the TV USB port does not provide enough power to the Roku device.

I have a roku premiere+ and I have the issue of it just **bleep**ting off saying no power connection. I have used power cord and hdmi and usb and it still is happening? Please help.
