Good day. I'm having the same issues - with 3 movies that I'm aware of (as they were the 1st movies I attempted to watch today, I initially thought I had a prob with all movies. However, I've since tried 3 others, plus a tv show, which all started to download w/o issue).

The 3 movies are: Hellraisers 1 and 11; Heathers (perhaps Roku has a prob with movies beginning with the letter H? Smiley Happy) My info is as follows (in Canada, btw):

- 40" Hisense Roku TV (8216 x); Hisense model - 40H4+;

- Serial no.: YK00V2917629; Device ID: R4N11V917629;

- Software version: 10.0.0 build 4213-90;

Roku Channel version 4.2.3

Assistance would be appreciated... thanx

@punkfish64, I've seen this issue with Hellraiser come up a few times and the common denominator always seems to be Canada.  Maybe @RokuDanny-R can verify whether or not it's available there.
