What is the defect that causes my ONN ROKU 65” TV to “routinely” lose sound. I have to “routinely restart” the TV in the system function of the menu. I have done everything I’ve seen in the “ROKU replies” to this issue. However, I shouldn’t have to constantly do all these things over and over on a TV purchase that is only 3 months old.
Other than showing the picture, the sound is the only other function of the TV. There’s only two, so if 50% of the functionality of this product is not working, what do I have to do to get it replaced totally for a workable television?
