Re: ROKU Ultra Model 4670X sends overheating message.

I am having the same issue. Are you able to check mine?

Re: ROKU Ultra Model 4670X sends overheating message.

I’m having the same issue. I have tried all of the troubleshooting and it still gives me the message that it’s overheating. I’ve only had this Roku since January.  I’ve never had a Roku do this before.

Re: ROKU Ultra Model 4670X sends overheating message.

My clunky but effective solution (I have a photograph, but cannot apparently post it) is a big-ass heat sink, two rubber bands, and a small fan plugged into the Roku's USB port. It's a bit noisy, but better than overheating.

Re: ROKU Ultra Model 4670X sends overheating message.

If you read back in the thread, the solution to this issue for me is that Roku needed to replace my Ultra.  I'm not sure what was wrong but the new unit has not had any problems.  Keep working with support to see if you can get it replaced or fixed.
