ROKU Stops Working

One of my Roku's has decided to stop working all of a sudden.  It will come on for 5-7 minutes then shut off. I've installed an HDMI extender, plugged directly into wall socket for power.  I've done hard resets on both the TV and Roku, I have tried both HDMI ports on the TV....still no help.  I have tried multiple streaming channels, it still goes off...I am out of options ?????

The one affected is a 3800X
