Purple and Green Screen

i am able to view all the apps and then scroll through all the apps but any time I try to play something I get a purple and green screen come up.  I never had the issue before but get it with any app I try Netflix, Hulu, AT&T.

Try unplugging the power from both your TV and your Roku for 30 seconds and then plug them back in.
