I bought a Roku Express today for my old LG TV (model:LG26Lh).but unfortunately I faced with HDCP problem,I have done all of instruction they mentioned like unplug the the HDMI, unplug the power.... with two HDMI port and also with another HDMI cable.The software version is 126.96.36.19990.I also did reset factory 2 times.
I tried calling Roku "support" but they were close cause of COVID19.
THE PROBLEM IS STILL EXIST WITH HDCP.
Is there any solution to solve this problem!Please help me!
If there is no way to solve this issue I'm going to wrap and return it.
