Prime video version21.4 build 2020060412 FF and rewind don't work properly

Prime app just upgraded to Prime video version21.4 build 2020060412. Since the update rewind and FF go really fast, without any thumbnails. Very hard to use. Other apps functioning the way the used to. I have 2 Roku premieres (recently purchased), and they worked fine until very recently. The app updated, and now Prime is  useless unless you watch straight through.

The app is designed and maintained by Amazon, not Roku.  That's who you need to complain to.

There's many, many reports of this (doesn't anyone read before they post?).  Amazon is aware and supposedly looking into it.  Use the left/right arrow buttons instead of <</>>.

Thanks, and I did tons of reading looking for this on Roku and Amazon. Obviously I don't know where the **bleep** to look. Thanks for the info though.
