Re: Premiere+ refuses to sync at 4K with our Sony TV
Thanks for the note here. A couple follow up questions:
- Did this work properly previously and this is a new issue that you've observed?
- When you go to Settings>Display type and select a specific resolution, then go back, and select 'Auto' once more, what resolution does your device report that the TV supports? For each display check, where do you see green check marks or red x's?
- Have you tried testing with a different high-speed HDMI cable that is HDCP 2.2 certified to see if the same issue occurs?
