Power issue

I have to unplug the usb cord and reconnect it into the player before Roku comes up. What is wrong?

Thanks for the inquiry.

Have you tried plugging the Roku device into a wall outlet? Sometimes the TV USB port does not supply adequate power to the Roku device.

Please keep us posted what you find out.

I put the power connection directly into a wall socket.The Roku screen came up once as you would expect. When I turned things os the second time. It did not work. I had to pull the cord out and back in to the player.
