Can someone please help me!! I bought a Vizio and a Roku Express 2 days ago and when I'm trying to watch anything using the Roku the audio is lagging. I've read similar issues on here and tried using their suggestions but nothing is working. I switched out the HDMI cable that came with the Roku with one I already had and that seemed to fix the issue for a while but now its happening again. I'm beyond frustrated and of course cannot get ahold of customer support.
Seems like youre close to solving it yourself.
Sometimes the HDMI sockets are bad as well.
I'd say get another HDMI cable from Best Buy or most anywhere and try it.
Theyre really not expensive. Longer ones are fine.sometimes the Channels themselves are out of sync.
