Playback error on ALL CHANNELS

No playback on any channels including ROKU AND any LIVE STREAM. Audio works fine as well as closed captioning. Still shots on menus are fine. But there is ABSOLUTELY NO PICTURE FOR PLAYBACK OR LIVE TV. 

YES, I’ve restarted; unplugged; deleted; reloaded; you name it I’ve tried. NO LUCK. ANY IDEAS?

Roku express. Strong internet connection w/ over 50 MB bandwidth. 
oh! And it streams Pandora just fine.

So I did a COMPLETE FACTORY RESET and it seems to have corrected the issue. Now I just have reload all my apps and sign back into everything.......
