Partial audio missing

Starting today, October 22, 2020, my Roku premiere connected via HDMI straight into the tv, no at receiver, is only getting partial sound. It appears to be only background that comes through, all main dialogue is gone. That would lead me to believe the issue is an audio 5.1 surround sound issue. However, I have tried changing all of the settings from auto to stereo and have had no luck. I’ve been using this premiere for a year with no issues. I did a factory reset and it starting working again, but the second I linked my account, the main audio disappeared and the issue reverted. I know it began working because the clicks as you move tiles in the menu are inaudible once the issue is there.

I have isolated the issue to google play. Seems to be an issue within their app?
