Here’s a weird one and I searched before posting.
ONLY on Paramount network and ONLY on certain specific ads, the audio mutes and will not come back up.
The fix is to back out to another episode of whatever show we’re watching and then come back in to the show we are watching and presto the audio works fine.
BUT, next time the commercial (SPECIFIC commercials mind you) comes on, the audio mutes and we have to repeat the process.
Numerous re starts and checking software versions (current) won’t fix the problem.
This does not happen on any other app except Paramount.
I swear I want to take this thing outside and whack it with a hammer.
Obvjouly there's somethjng wonky about the coding of that commercial that your Roku can't cope with.
Settings > Audio > Audio modeWhat do you have it set to? See if a different setting can avoid the problem.
