My Roku premier is out in the open, plenty of air circulation. It is hot to the touch. I keep getting overheating error messages. I unplugged it, let it cool off. Plugged it back in, overheating again. How do you solve this problem?
My Roku Premier just started showing the On-Screen Over Temp Message, it felt hot to the touch but it is suspended in the air outside of our TV Stand with plenty of ventilation; no clue why this is happening other than any warranty probably expired yesterday.
Same issue with the Roku Premiere my daughter bought via a friend not long ago (~2-3 months). And I too can see no way to contact Customer Support to complain under warranty. Did anyone else ever resolve their issues?
