Our Roku express will not send a signal to the TV

We have 4 Roku Expresses at our home and one just stopped sending any video or audio to the TV.  The green light stays lite and nothing changes when I disconnect the power and plug back in.  The same remote, hdmi and power cord work with the other Roku's so that ruled out issues with anything but the device.

Thanks for the note.

Have you tried plugging in the device into another HDMI port on your TV? Have you also tried connecting the same device on another TV to see if it is able to detect a signal from the device?
