Not playing any of the channels on one roku device

I have 2 Roku devices. One is working fine. The 2nd is not playing anything. I can select a channel (does the same with whatever one I pick) - then I can select a movie/program/series/live TV and it just shows the little "connecting" circle. Eventually timing out and reverting back to the Roku main menu. 

I have restarted, disconnected, unplugged, etc....tried it all....any suggestions?

Did you restart your router?
