Not connecting to tv, says No video signal

I was watching Netflix through my Roku recently and suddenly it went dark and said "no video input"....is it the Roku? The HDMI cable maybe? I tried to reset everything...

What is the model of your Roku device. (Settings/System/About).

Initial troubleshooting would be to Restart the Roku device, try another HDMI port on TV, then try another HDMI cable.
