Constantly having the screen blank out finally getting a "Not Support!" blue-screen. I checked for system updates. I reset the entire system many times. I changed the video display settings. Nothing helped. Then I noticed that when I connected the Roku I did not change the HDMI cable from the one I used for the cable box. I changed the HDMI cable and used the one supplied with the Roku unit. Problem solved!!!!! There ARE differences in HDMI cables even though no identifying information is on the cables. Gold end connectors is not an indicator of high bandwidth capability. I guess I'm never too old to learn.
