On my Roku Express: Instead of Streaming, After TWO minutes it returns to the Roku Home Screen. Does Roku have a Direct Contact method either by Phone or Email to Contact Roku Customer Support for Questions??
How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet with the provided cable and adapter?
