No video, only audio when using Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. Any suggestions? Please help!

Right now Roku has next to no customer support so I am a little desperate and not sure how to fix this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Not really sure if this is even how this community based forum works lol.

So, after a quick Google search (which I should have done initially) I found a method to re-set my Roku using a series of button pushes. Home button (five times), Up button (once). Rewind button (twice), Fast Forward button (twice). Let it cycle through the re-set process which takes about a minute and voila, should work like a charm!
