No video and playback errors but I have sound Roku Express

After the latest update, I can see my menu screen and even open channels and see all my choices but when I open a movie/show, the video doesn't show and I get some type of error message that varies depending on the channel/app for example Paramount+ tells me there's a playback error. I've tried everything from restarting my device, to changing cables, I've even factory reset it and nothing's working.
