No video No Home Screen Just Blue screen on 55S401 after power outage

After a power outage, 55S401 goes to a solid blue screen and no further. I can hear the TV beep when I try using Home or * buttons on remote but nothing appears. Used the Manual reset button for 30 seconds, TV shuts down and restarts but sill nothing but blue screen. Did something get fried?

Quite possibly.  Power outages and recoveries are often accompanied by large voltage spikes.  Was this equipment connected via any surge protection?

I have same problem just Blue Screen with my TCL Model=55S401. I replace Power / Main Board / Tcon board nothing Change

Thanks for posting in the Roku Community and thanks for letting us know what you've done to try to resolve the blue screen issue with Roku TV.

Have you tried contacting TCL support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
