No sound from Roku subwoofer and speakers

Good evening, I just purchased the Roku Subwoofers and 2 speakers. I connected them, they gave me the sound of them being connected, but there’s no sound coming from them when I try to watch tv. It says they’re registered to my Roku account. Shows them on my Hisense tv but no sound comes from them while I’m watching... 

I had a previous soundbar connected, which I disconnected, and still no sound. 
 
Please Help!

We would recommend checking out the troubleshooting steps provided by our Support page here: How do I resolve audio playback issues on my Roku® wireless speakers?

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us with the device IDs of both the subwoofer and wireless speakers. Once we have that information, I'll pass it along to our Support team who can assist you further.
