No picture or sound

TV was working fine.  Turned it on today and there was sound but the picture was going in and out.  Tried to fix it by changing channels to see if it was only that one then sound and lift both went out.  Power light is on, I've unplugged and reset but still nothing!

This sounds like a hardware failure, which is the responsibility of the manufacturer, not Roku.
