No audio from Disney+

No audio from Disney+ but every other channel is fine. I deleted then reinstalled Disney+ and still has no sound. Any ideas?

When reinstalling, did you restart your Roku between uninstalling and reinstalling the channel?  This clears the Roku's memory and assures a complete installation of the latest version of the channel.
