I just got a Roku Streaming Stick 4K (3820X) and installed it but can't see any video in any of the apps like YouTube or YouTube TV. I can see the menu and UI in such apps just not the video playback and I can hear the audio. I have tried changing the resolution in the Roku settings to 720P, 1080P, and 4K but nothing has made it so the video is actually viewable. I am using a Sceptre 40" - 4K Ultra HD, LED TV - 2160p, 60Hz television
