No Signal!

I forgot to update my credit card after my account was hacked.. I updated it today but am still getting "no signal" when I try to use my roku. The remote control will not let me go to the home screen.

I forgot to update my credit card information, I went in and did it a couple of days ago and still not able to access the Britbox homepage.  Goes to a grey screen then a blue one and says no signal.  Can't find info on how long it takes to be able to access it again.

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? Were you able to access Roku streaming previously?

What troubleshooting steps have you taken to try to resolve the issue?
