Never Buying Another Roku

I have only been streaming for about 3 years but have always had at least 1 roku device in my house. That is until today. I have had at least half a dozen roku devices in that time and not a single one has lasted longer than about 4 months. This coupled with the fact that it is impossible to get any decent customer service if any at all is the reason that I will never buy another roku device. EVER! #theirproductsucks

My Roku 4 is roughly 4+ years old, and it still works. I read posts about people with some of the earlier Roku's complaining about features or channels not available, so those are also still working.

What is failing on them?
