My Roku 2 player shows the software was updated at 6:50 pm yesterday (11/7/20). Netflix was working fine on it before then. However, since then, when I try to use Netflix I receive this message "Netflix services experienced an internal error. Please try again later." Tried updating again shortly before posting this, player says software is up to date. Tried restart, did not help. All other channels I've tried (Amazon, HG TV, YouTube) work fine on it and I can access Netflix on my other devices, so strongly suspect the Roku software update is the culprit.
Try reinstalling Netflix.
Uninstall by highlighting in channel grid, pressing * key on remote, selecting Remove channel.
Restart Roku to clear memory. Settings > System > System restart (or if Roku TV, Settings > System > Power > System restart)
Install Netflix from Streaming channels. Will be added to bottom of channel grid. Will need to log into Netflix again.

Thanks! It worked.
