NO AUDIO with change from original Roku stick to Roku Express

NO AUDIO with change from original Roku stick to Roku Express.

Attempting to utilize Roku to add YouTubeTV, we were informed we would need Roku Express.  After installing, we have no AUDIO from any Roku channel which worked perfectly fine watching Netflix two nights ago.  YouTubeTV was unable to resolve this issue from their end.

Desperately needing immediate resolution as we intend to terminate our satellite contract.

Thanks for the inquiry.

Can you please provide us with more details regarding your setup? What model device Roku Express are you using? How are you connected, are you connected directly through to your TV or are you using an audio receiver in your setup.
