My sound keeps going out

I just purchased a 65 in onn Roku tv in December of 2020. It’s only connected to my wall power outlet and a hdmi cord to my cable box. Every time I try to watch tv after a movie or two the sound is gone. I have to unplug the tv and turn on again to hear sound. Any help on why I have to keep doing this on a 1 month old tv?

I have a similar thing going on with my new Sony Tv and a Roku Ultra. I am trying to determine which device is causing the problem. However, I do not have to unplug either device just turn off and start over. I hope someone can give us some guidance.
