Lost ROKU audio on all aps, Netflix, Roku Channel, Amazon Prime etc

I have lost audio when using my ROKU on all aps, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Roku Channel etc.  It was working yesterday...is there an on screen option I should check and how do I navigate to it.
