Kicked out off app within 10 min

Every time I get on the app either it be on the roku TV or the roku express within 10 mins it will take me back to the home page. I have factory reset and retarted both a d problem is still happening. What else can I do?

I’ve been having this same issue ! How did you fix it ? Is there a way ?

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?  How are you powering the device? Is it plugged into the TV USB port, or is it plugged into the wall outlet with the provided cables?
