Insufficient power

Good evening.  My ROKU has been working fine until tonight.  I suddenly received the Insufficient power message.  I have the ROKU plugged into a power strip and a USB connected to the TV.  I have been using the supplied USB and now have switched to a new USB.  Changed the USB cable to three different ports on the TV and now the device is plugged directly into the wall outlet.  Any guidance and assistance would be welcomed.
