When coming back to continue watching a programme on ITV Hub via Roku on my smart TV ( sony bravia ), the resume or start again option appears. I choose resume but a full ad break then starts, after which the programme starts from the beginning & I have to spend many minutes fast forwarding to try to find my place. This happens every time I try to resume a programme - is there anything to correct this?
Contact ITV - it's their app and server. Roku is just a conduit for their output, same as your tv is.
