Okay so i purchase my Roku Express a few days ago (on Amazon). It worked fine for the time being but now it suddenly doesn’t want to work. Anytime i go to watch something it would say “NO INTERNET” or something like that. The video will continue to buffer for 40 minutes but i would go to check my internet connection off of settings it said it was PERFECTLY fine. My internet even works off other devices. 1) You didnt mention your Roku model # or firmware version: Settings/System/About
2) Make sure you are using the supplied AC USB power adapter ( not plugged into TV/etc)
3) Restart your Roku: Settings/System/System restart/Restart
4) Restart/reboot your modem/router/gateway
