I would like a Replacement Roku for screaming noise

I continue to get this high pitched noise when I use my Roku. After a few minutes of watching TV it starts this High Pitched/Screaming noise and it doesn't stop. I have tried other HDMI ports, I have tried other power sources (TV and Wall power), I have tried contacting my internet provider who assured me it is not my internet, I contacted my TV manufacturer who said it is not the TV and I would need to call Roku. I have had the product for 6 months and it is outside the return/exchange policy from the place I purchased this at. We have 3 other Roku's in our house that are the same as this one and we do not have this issue with the other 3. What do you suggest I do from here?
