I don't hear the music during setup

I've tried setting up my TV when it ask do I hear music I don't hear the music and I can't figure out what I've done wrong. It's a shame you buy a product and you can't even call a customer service agent to get assistance that you have to reach out to other people for it.

Um, you know that any company's customer service IS other people, right?

If you want to fuss about customer service, we, the other users you think so lowly of, can't help you. However, if you have an issue we lowly "other people" may can assist with, we will try.

If you want help with the TV-remote configuration, we need to know a few things. What model Roku, to include the model number?

Settings > System > About

What brand TV is it? And what model of that brand?
