Hulu streaming issues

Two days ago, Hulu was working perfectly on my Roku... Last night and this morning, it will attempt to start playing the selected show, then jumps to the Hulu home screen! All other apps are streaming just fine through Roku (ie: Netflix, Prime, etc.) I've checked for updates to both the app and the Roku. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app

I am able to use Hulu as normal on any other device, so that leads me to believe that it's a situation between Hulu and Roku! Help!

Hi @JLE,

Thanks for letting us know about the playback issue with Hulu that you are experiencing.

Have you restarted your Roku device after removing the channel and before adding it back? If yes and only with the channel alone, this is a good indication that there likely an issue within that specific channel that will need to be addressed with an update from the channel publisher. Channels on Roku are created and maintained by each channel publisher. In this case, you'll want to reach out to that channel publisher directly to share your feedback.
