How to turn off Accessible speaker

My tv keep speaking everything out loud, such as app names, whatever I highlight it speaks what I highlight, and I dont know how to turn this off

You can turn it off by pressing the * key four times, that's probably how it got turned on. You can also go into settings> Accessibility> Audio Guide> turn off. If you don't want it  to not happen again you can turn off the shortcut: Settings> Accessibility> Shortcut> disable
