My sister has cable and pays Hundreds of dollars for the service and phones and net.
She can call and someone will come out and fix it for her. Sometimes they want to charge her regardless.
You must be somewhat proactive or hands on to degree.
This forum is here to help. I'm sure the support lines are inundated with people who really
just want it fixed FOR them.
Keep an open mind and have faith in yourself.
The internet is a GREAT source of info that can help solve the very most complex problems.
