A Roku device I purchased is defective and I want to contact customer support. The website keeps telling me to ask community. Does anyone know how I can contact customer support? Thanks.

The problem of the issue is I can’t contact the customer support haha.. The defect of the device is that the video/screen flashes multiple times every 10-30 minutes. I think it should be a hardware issue because I don’t see any similar issues from other users.
Add: it says “Agent-assisted support is not available for your issue and/or model.” I purchased it from Bestbuy in Canada and it says the device has a warranty of 1 year on their website. I have no idea why Roku refuses to provide warranty service...
I selected other category of issues but it still says the same..

Do you know the specific Model and Model number of your Roku?
If you go to HOME then Settings/System/About>> the Model and number are there.
Some older Models are not supported any longer.
Does your issue happen on every channel/app?
If youre patient you will get all your answers here, And we can fix it or see.
You must be specific so we understand what you are seeing when.
Roku Developers and employees monitor this site.
We are all here to help. It is not necessarily a hardware issue at all.
Tech Support in the chat bubble is a joke. All they do is tell people to try different HDMI cables and hard resets again. No real troubleshooting the issue.

Need help!!! I dont have a subscription. I keep being billed by Roku and its unauthorized. I cant get thru anywhere not even on getahuman.com. really frustrating
