Using Netflix, Plex, and YouTube streaming channels, all of them have the issue. The TV used to be really loud around 45 volume, now it's quiet unless I get it above 50 and some things are still quiet even at 100.

yikes roku problems left and right. first it was with the standalone unit dropping audio and/or not passing dts period. standalone unit still likes to hang netflix at 25% after years of people posting about it. now its the roku tvs with their own audio problem.
But more to the point, wife just asked me "whats wrong with the sound" i can barely hear it and its up on 70.
so a quick google, and here i am. Noticing the first post from alotta moons ago. But then again it took roughly as long to address the update that broke everyone with the ultras audio.
I am having the same trouble. I have found a temporary fix. When you turn the TV on goto settings -> Sound Mode. Switch the sounds mode from one setting to another or even back to normal. Fixes my sound problem every time.

I can confirm this works for me, but it's a temporary fix. The issue comes back frequently (I'm not sure exactly what triggers it). I would hope we get a more permanent fix somehow.
Any word on this? I cannot hear anything on any apps well at all. I can hear antenna fine at 15. FYI having to change the sound settings before playing each thing is not an acceptable "solution". If i change over to my fire tv I can hear all streams on all apps at acceptable volume levels, so I know it is not the content, or the providers. It is certainly the tv/rokuos.
