I have a Roku Ultra connected to my Sony AV receiver using high speed hdmi cables. I tried switching cables and following the power off restart instructions. The problem continues the error Clears after a few seconds and the program continues playback. The issue only occurs withe PlayOn Cloud app.
I have the PlayOn app and just started having issues playing video files from "Media Library" option in PlayOn.
Also, streaming a channel from PlayOn app is having audio stuttering issues.
I'm having this problem also. Just seemed to start a few weeks ago. PlayOn says that it is a known issue with Roku. Is there any way to report this problem to them? It has always worked well for me.
